Nestled in the heart of South Oxfordshire’s countryside, Charleston Place by Westbourne Homes is a collection of eleven luxury residences designed to balance timeless architectural character with sustainable, high-performance materials.
Elesco worked closely with the client to deliver a bespoke finish that perfectly complemented the development’s refined aesthetic.
Flooring & Finish
For Charleston Place, Westbourne selected our Riva wide plank in Rustic grade, finished with a custom UV oil for exceptional durability.

Design Detailing

Crucially, the planks were specified and manufactured to a managed budget, allowing the development to achieve a high-end finish without compromise.
